Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any Real Funds balance remaining in your account may be withheld during an investigation period. If no fraudulent activity is confirmed, verified Real Funds will be returned to your last-used payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon closure for breach without exception.

You may close your bb88 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before account closure is finalised.
